  • Cancellations are only allowed on the transactions performed by the customer.
  • Refunds might take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank statement.
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable and only the original amount will be credited to your account.

How to Use

Registering a Beneficiary: Enter the full name as per the beneficiary’s identification document, which will be presented to the Western Union agent at the time of collection.

Activating Beneficiary: Activate beneficiary via activation code sent to your mobile number.

Transfering: Select beneficiary name, country and enter amount in order to transfer.

Receiving MTCN Code: After completing the transfer, QNB will send a Western Union Money Transfer Code (MTCN) to your registered mobile number to share with beneficiary, who in turn needs to give to the Western Union agent along with proof of identity.
